On the morning of July 16, 2025, Mr. Xaver, Chairman of PROFIBUS & PROFINET International (PI), and his delegation visited Cotytech for exchanges and guidance. Yao Jun, General Manager of Cotytech, and Li Bo, Product General Manager, attended the reception and accompanied the delegation. Both parties had in-depth discussions on topics such as PROFINET technology application, ecosystem building, and future cooperation, reaching a consensus to promote innovative development in the field of industrial communication.

During the exchange meeting, General Manager Yao Jun extended a warm welcome to Chairman Xaver and his delegation and provided a detailed introduction to Cotytech's achievements in PROFINET ecosystem building. This included their independently developed industrial communication product matrix and the technical output and service cooperation models provided around these products. He stated that Cotytech has always focused on the industrial communication and control fields, committing to providing efficient and reliable solutions to customers through technological innovation.

Chairman Xaver shared PI International's latest membership data and newly added categories for technology applications. He particularly highlighted the current industry status of PROFINET over APL and PI International's future technology development directions. He highly acknowledged Cotytech's efforts in building the PROFINET ecosystem, especially commending the company's achievements in product R&D, application solution development, technical support training, and certification pre-testing services.

During the visit, General Manager Li Bo reviewed the history of cooperation between Cotytech and PI International and PI-China, and looked forward to future cooperation directions. He detailed the services and support the company provides to users in the PROFINET technology field, as well as its ability to quickly respond to customer needs for product development. Both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on these points. Based on Cotytech's technical strength and industry contributions, Chairman Xaver officially invited the company to become a PI Competence Center (PICC) and join the PI International Organization Technical Working Group to further deepen technical collaboration.

After the meeting, Chairman Xaver visited Cotytech's R&D center and interacted with the R&D team on PROFINET product development. At the PROFINET certification pre-testing laboratory, he expressed his expectation that the laboratory could contribute to improving PI testing and certification efficiency and provide suggestions for testing improvements to PI International.

It is worth noting that Chairman Xaver had a long technical exchange with Cotytech's PROFINET chip R&D personnel regarding the company's self-developed dedicated chip, CT-PN2254. He praised China for having such a technology-product output enterprise focused on industrial communication and control. He expects this self-developed PROFINET chip to play a role in enhancing PROFINET system-level competitiveness and hopes that Cotytech can quickly introduce its advantageous products and services to the global market.

The visit by the PI International Chairman and his delegation not only laid a solid foundation for deeper cooperation between Cotytech and PI International but also showcased the technical strength and global influence of Chinese enterprises in the industrial communication field. In the future, Cotytech will continue to deeply cultivate PROFINET technology, injecting new momentum into the global industrial automation ecosystem development
